Banks 5 Island Rum is a unique blend inspired by the travels of 18th-century English botanist and explorer Joseph Banks. The Origins of the Banks 5 Island Rum is a blend of 21 different pot and column distilled rums from six distilleries across five countries: Trinidad, Jamaica, Barbados, Guyana, and Java.

Arrack Influence: Notably, it includes arrack from the Indonesian island of Java, which gives it a pungent, spicy fruity aroma and taste.

Character: Expect tropical fruit notes, grassy green tea, and a touch of vanilla bean.

Colour: It’s crystal clear, as it’s charcoal filtered to remove any colour.
