Redrum horror Cocktails List
Trick Cocktail
The Trick opens with cranberry, bright and tart, with a clean, slightly dry edge that wakes the palate straight away. It sets a crisp, red-fruit tone, and the foam on top softens that first hit into something cushioned and silky. Where many fruity cocktails open sweet and sticky, the Trick is more poised, with enough sharpness to make it feel grown-up and refreshing rather than sugary.
Beneath the cranberry, Pimm’s Sundowner brings ripe, juicy raspberry and a tart redcurrant snap, wrapped in a gentle bittersweet note that keeps the berries from turning jammy. It gives the drink an aperitif-style character: fruity and vivid, with a faint herbal bitterness that lingers at the back of the tongue. The raspberry and cranberry layer together, one sweet and soft, the other tart and firm, so the fruit keeps shifting from sip to sip.
Then the Bacardi Negra steps in, and this is where the drink gets its trick. The rum is dark, round and warm, with buttery caramel, vanilla and a toasted, nutty depth, and it makes the berries taste richer and deeper than they have any right to. A hint of smoke and liquorice rumbles underneath, adding grown-up shadow to all that bright red fruit. It’s the part you don’t see coming from a glass this fruity.

Treat Cocktail
The Treat cocktail opens with a clean, bright burst of apple. Apple syrup leads the way, bringing the aroma of freshly cut orchard fruit and a soft, rounded sweetness that feels more like biting into a ripe apple than sipping a sugary mixer. It’s an inviting first impression, juicy and gently honeyed, and it sets the tone for a drink that is all about easy, uncomplicated pleasure.
Almost immediately, lemon and lime step in to sharpen the picture. Together they add a crisp, zesty tang that cuts through the sweetness and keeps the Treat cocktail lively on the palate. The lemon brings a rounded, sunny acidity, while the lime adds a greener, slightly more aromatic edge, and between them they give the drink the mouth-watering balance of a classic sour, with the apple softening the corners rather than dominating.
Underneath it all, the vodka does exactly what good vodka should. It keeps a clean, quiet profile, lending body and a smooth, silky weight to the mix without muddying the fruit. There’s no harsh bite here, just a gentle warmth that carries the apple and citrus along and lets each flavour stay clear and distinct from the first sip to the last.
