Tequila Patron Reposado is an ultra-premium tequila that embodies a perfect balance of fresh agave and oak flavors. Crafted from 100% Weber Blue Agave, it is distilled in small batches at the Hacienda Patrón distillery in Jalisco, Mexico. The tequila is then aged for at least four months in American whiskey barrels, which imparts a smooth, clean taste with a hint of oak.
This reposado has a light amber tint and offers a delightful aroma of oak wood and fresh agave. On the palate, it delivers a harmonious blend of fresh agave and oak, complemented by notes of fruit, citrus, and honey. The finish is light, with floral and vanilla undertones.

Patrón Tequila was founded in 1989 by John Paul DeJoria and Martin Crowley, with the help of master distiller Francisco Alcaraz. Their vision was to create an ultra-premium tequila that would elevate the spirit’s status from a party drink to a refined sipping experience.
Before Patrón, tequila was often seen as a low-end spirit, primarily consumed in shots or mixed drinks. Patrón changed this perception by focusing on quality and craftsmanship. They used 100% Weber Blue Agave, traditional tahona stone milling, and small copper pot stills to produce a smoother, more sophisticated tequila.
The brand’s distinctive hand-blown bottles and hand-numbered labels also contributed to its luxury image. Patrón quickly gained popularity, becoming a symbol of high-end tequila and setting a new standard in the industry.
In 2018, Bacardi acquired Patrón for $5.1 billion, further cementing its status as a leading name in the world of premium spirits
