Absolut Vanilla was chosen to round out the peach with a smooth, creamy warmth, while Monin’s passion fruit and pomegranate purees — a favourite among contemporary bartenders for their vibrant, consistent fruit character — were added to bring depth, tartness, and a touch of the exotic.
