Hunters Gin is a wonderful premium gin developed in Cheshire. It’s made in traditional copper pot and rectifying stills (some of which being more than a century old!) and is flavoured with botanicals including juniper from the Balkans, French angelica, Spanish lemon peel and Florentine orris root.
Nose Citrusy, spicy nose with hints of orange and lemon peel. A touch of cinnamon.
Palate Sweet, spicy palate entry with a lovely balance of exotic spices. Earthy juniper, a touch of aniseed.
Finish Long finish with spice, orris and hints of dried herbs.
